The Civic Palace of Cagliari is located in via Roma 145 and is the seat of the Municipality. It is located in front of the port in harmony with the ancient buildings of Via Roma. Its construction dates back to 1899 and was inaugurated in 1907.

The architectural style of the building, made of light limestone, is a reworking of Gothic-Catalan models with Art Nouveau decorations.  

The Federal Nuragic Sanctuary of Santa Vittoria, immersed in a habitat of considerable naturalistic interest, dominates the surrounding area from the Giara di Serri, from which it is possible to look at the varied landscapes of Sarcidano, Trexenta, Marmilla.
