Our extra virgin olive oil "SA MOLA" is the result of the strong attachment of the Cadoni family to their peasant traditions. For over four generations, our family has grown, harvested and processed the olive varieties "Bosana", "Tonda di Cagliari" and "Pizz'e Carroga", strictly indigenous varieties that grow in the olive groves of the island of Sardinia, the heart of the Mediterranean. Our production is about 10,000 liters of quality extra virgin olive oil packaged in different formats. We recently wanted to diversify our offer by producing a line of flavored oils with herbs and plants typical of our territory. We also organize guided tours of the company with tasting of farm products and various interactive activities.

The Bakery Carta Piero was born in the 60s.

He was sent forward by the spouses Piero, an enterprising, friendly and sociable man and Grazia, a strong and wise woman who helped the business and guarded her home jealously.

The children immediately worked in the business and tried to divide themselves between school and night work.
